AgSense 365 | Sharing Devices in Bulk

This guide saves you time managing who can access your AgSense devices and quickly finding specific units across large lists. It shows how to filter and search by device attributes, select many items at once (including entire groups), and grant or remove sharing permissions in bulk. It also explains how to export a full CSV summary of every device you can access for offline review or reporting.

Device Sharing Tab

Click "Device Management"

Click the "Sharing" tab

Here you can see a list of all devices that you own and devices that have been shared with you.

Devices you own will appear with a checkbox (for managing sharing) while shared devices will not have the checkbox.

Filter & Search

You have the ability to filter and search your device list by each individual column.

You can apply filters by Device Type or Group fields to narrow your results.

You can also filter your results by entering a search term for the Serial, Alias, and Shared With fields.

The table will update based on your applied filters. In this example, we are showing all CommanderVP devices.

You can combine filters and searches to narrow your results even further.

With your search narrowed down to your selected criteria, click this checkbox to select all of the devices in the list.

Click "Clear" to remove your search criteria and display the full list of devices. Devices will remain selected even when filters are cleared as well as when navigating from page to page on the Sharing tab.

To clear all device selections, click on the "X" icon next to the Manage Sharing button at the bottom of the screen.

Sharing Devices

Once you have selected one or more devices, click the "Manage Sharing" button.

Click "Share with this user" in the Manage Sharing popup. Enter a username and the desired control level and click "Share with this user" to grant access to the selected device(s). You can also use the "Unshare with" section to remove device access.

Tip! Quickly share all of the devices in a given Group by filtering by the Group name, and using the Select All checkbox.

Finally, to can download a summary of your devices as a .CSV file, click the "Download Summary" button and select "Download CSV"

Please note, the report will include all devices you have access to, not just the filtered results. Open the report in Excel to see details for all of your devices.
