How to Book a Discounted Hotel via the VPPPA Member Portal

Learn how to access exclusive lodging discounts available through the VPPPA member portal. This guide walks you through the steps to search for specific convention hotels and secure your reservation at a discounted rate.

Navigate to [https://safety.vpppa.org/hotel-info/](https://safety.vpppa.org/hotel-info/)

Click "Sign In to Member Portal"

Once on your member portal, navigate to the Menu button.

Click "Resources & Benefits"

Click "Employee Benefits"

Click the "Destination:" field.

Type "Gaylord Opryland"

Scroll down to the hotel search field. From here, you can search member deals on hotels, rental cars, and attractions. For hotels, enter the "Gaylord Opryland" and select it from the drop down. Then enter the dates of your stay for Safety+.

Click "Search Hotels"

From here you can view the discounted hotels in list view.

Or you can click on map and see which hotels are closest to the Gaylord Opryland.

Find a hotel you'd like to book and click "Book Now" to finalize your transaction details.
