Access the Appointment Calendar via the link in your monthly reminder e-mail.

Tip! Bookmark the link for easy access! It is emailed the first Monday of each month.

Fill out application with your client & MAKE NOTE OF THE CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT #. If you are PICKING UP the items for your client, a shopping list of available items to select from will appear. Your client can inform you of bed sizes and any preferences. If the client is SHOPPING IN PERSON, no list is generated.

You'll be automatically taken to the APPOINTMENT CALENDAR after the app is submitted. The access code is **HSH2023. Months are tabbed across the top of the calendar, make sure you are accessing the month you want.** 1. Scan the calendar for days that **TWO HSH VOLUNTEERS** are already signed up. 2. Then click the red **SIGN UP** in the **CASEWORKER SIGN UP** box.

Tip! Please sign up in chronological time order, if possible, so our volunteers do not have time gaps between orders.

Click "Save & Continue"

Enter the Confidential Client # recorded in Step 3

Tip! Please make sure your client knows the day/time of appointment and understands a vehicle with the capacity to hold all the items is necessary.

Ensure **YOUR** name and contact information is correct.

Check the 'Type of Appointment', then click **SIGN UP NOW**

An iPhone confirmation is automatically sent. **OR** select A**DD TO CALENDAR** to choose other calendars.

Tip! As a caseworker, you will receive a reminder 2 days prior to the appointment. If your client is shopping in-person, she will be contacted **at least** a day before to confirm. Please let her know to respond to the confirmation text.
