First login to Expensly after the invitation

Your fiduciary has already set up your organisation in Expensly. To get started, you need to log in for the first time and set your own password. As organisation lead you go through all 9 steps, including the subscription. Have the e-mail with your login details and a credit card or TWINT ready. As team lead or employee, only steps 1 to 5 are relevant. Setup takes about five minutes.

Set up your account

Go to the website https://web.expensly.ch

Click "Loslegen" (Get started)

Log in with the e-mail address the invitation was sent to. As password, use the temporary password from that e-mail. It is only valid for the first login. In the next step you set your own.

Now set your personal password and add your first and last name. The name will later appear on the expenses you record. The password must be at least 12 characters long and contain upper and lower case letters, a number and a special character.

**For team leads and employees, setup ends here.** After saving, you go straight to the dashboard. The subscription is managed by your organisation lead, you do not enter any payment details. Steps 6 to 9 below apply to the organisation lead only.

Choose a subscription (organisation lead only)

Choose whether you want to pay yearly or monthly. Billing is per user: CHF 120 per year or CHF 12 per month. Next, you enter your payment details with our payment provider Stripe.

Payment details (organisation lead only)

Choose your payment method, credit card or TWINT, and enter your name and billing address. The address is required because VAT is calculated from it. You also accept the terms and conditions. The first 7 days are free, the first charge follows afterwards.

Confirmation (organisation lead only)

The confirmation appears as soon as the payment has been registered. On your statement it will show as a payment to Stripe.

You are then automatically redirected to the Expensly dashboard. Your organisation is now ready to use. Your team members can now log in with the login details from their invitation e-mail.
