How To Download Product Documents

Navigate to CIRANDA's Website. To access product technical documents, you must be logged in as a customer.

To login, click "Account"

Click "Sign In"

Enter your login credentials & click "Sign In"

Click "Products" in the main navigation to browse our product selection.

Click on the product you would like to download documents for.

Use the drop-down menus to select the specific item/SKU that you would like to download documents for.

Click "DE27"

Scroll down to the documents section, or click "Documents" in the secondary navigation bar, which will bring you down to the documents section.

If only one particular file is needed, locate & click on the file you would like to download.

Click "Download All" to download all documents available for the SKU you have selected.

After clicking, you should see the file download status in your browser window. Typically the file will go to your "Downloads" folder by default.

Click on the "File Explorer"

Click "Downloads"

Locate the download and double click the Zip file. You can also right click and extract the files from the compressed folder if needed / desired.

Double-click the file to view it.
