How to Configure WhatsApp Templates in Referbro

Shopify

Navigate to Referbro app in your Shopify admin

Click "WhatsApp Templates"

Click "Add Provider"

Click this dropdown and Select your whatsapp provider.

Put the "API URL" for you WA provider you can refer the docs at<https://docs.referbro.com/docs/features/whatsapp/providers> for more details

Paste the "API Token" in the field below.

"Phone Number ID" field is optional is only needed for certain WA provider. Check in the documentation if your provider needs it.

Click "Add Provider" and you WA provider is added.

Click "Enable" next to the touchpoint template you want to add.

Add the template id to be used.

Add the appropriate parameter mapping for the template you have created. You can refer to the this doc for help: <https://docs.referbro.com/docs/features/whatsapp/template-library>

Click "Save Templates" and your WA touchpoint is enabled.
