Accessing CHORUS Quick Start User Guide

This document provides a comprehensive guide to accessing and using the CHORUS platform, including setup instructions for both web and mobile access.

CHORUS is our new people platform, helping you self-serve your work essentials from wherever suits you best. You can manage your personal information, time off (if applicable), view payslips, and career information in one place. All Saint-Gobain colleagues globally will use CHORUS. CHORUS is available 24/7, from anywhere, on any device, including your personal mobile phone. We value your data and privacy, and we work hard to keep it secure. This means that when you are accessing CHORUS from outside of the Saint-Gobain network, multi-factor authentication is required.

**If you don’t have a business email**, you can sign in using any device by visiting <https://wd103.myworkday.com/sgogroup> and entering your SGID and SSO password. This is the same password you use for other SG applications such as boost, bubble, and the e-Portal, where payslips used to be. You’ll be asked to enter a one-time-passcode, which will be sent to the personal email address we have for you.

**If you do have a business email**, you will need to access <https://wd103.myworkday.com/sgogroup> using a business device whilst on site and connected to SG Network or elsewhere connected to VPN. If you’d like to access CHORUS anytime, anywhere, using a personal device or the mobile app, **you’ll need to set up Okta Verify** to enable multi-factor authentication. You’ll need to do this whilst logged into a business device connected to the Saint-Gobain Network. Find help setting up Okta Verify by visiting the Colleague Hub.

When you’re logged in, you’ll be able to access some self-help and user guides directly in CHORUS by clicking on the Profile Icon > ‘Drive’ > ‘UKI’. If you need any more help or support, reach out to your line manager for next steps.
