Alert! To Walk Only, this form must be submitted by the normal Intent to Graduate deadline to ensure your name will be in the Commencement Program. Late Walk-Only submissions are not accepted.

Click "Walk-Only Intent to Graduate"

Complete the Personal Information section. - Last Name - First Name - UCF ID - UCF Email Address Name as it should appear in commencement program: - First Name - Middle Name - Last Name \*\*Please note that if the name you are entering on the form is different than what is listed in myUCF, you should submit a name change form to the Registrar's Office.

Complete the Degree Information Section: 1. Select degree program level from your College 2. Select dissertation, thesis, or non-thesis completion

Optional (Doctoral Students Only): List your Dissertating/Hooding Advisor's Name

Sign and submit to your Graduate Affairs Office. They will need to sign off and submit to CGS Student Services for processing.
