Open Applicant Search

Click "Applicants"

Configure Search Filters

Click "Applicant Terms"

Click "Current Placement Status"

Click "Nothing selected"

Click "Active Contractor"

Click "Done"

Click the Applicant Terms filter button

Click "Applicant Office"

Click "Select Applicant Office"

Click "(SourceNow, LLC-US) 110 CA Ontario"

Click "(SourceNow, LLC-US) 120 GA Newnan"

Click "(SourceNow, LLC-US) 140 NC Conover"

Click "(SourceNow, LLC-US) 131 NJ Trenton"

Click "(SourceNow, LLC-US) 170 TX DeSoto"

Click "Done"

View Search Results

Click Search

Click the top check box on the left hand side to select all 50 candidates

Compose Applicant Email

Click "Mass Actions"

Click "Send Email"

Type in the body of the email whatever you need too

Click Upload Documents if you wish to upload any documents in the email

Select a document to upload

Click Send

Click the arrow over to go to the next 50 applicants page 2

select the top check box again to select the next 50 applicants

Click Mass Actions

Click Send Email

Redo the same steps you did for the first 50

Continue repeating the select, send mass email until all the people on the list have been sent the email you need. 50 at a time is the most you can send so often there are several pages of repeating the steps.
