Options include Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. As an example, to add to Chrome, simply click on the link provided.

Then in the Chrome webstore, click on "add to Chrome"

Type in "University of Kentucky" at the prompt.

Tip! Once you have added the extension, it is helpful to pin it to the taskbar for easier access. Each browser will have different ways to pin an extension.

In Chrome, click on the extensions button in the task bar.

And then click the pushpin to "pin" the icon to your taskbar.

Now, you will see the green icon in your taskbar. You simply click on this icon to automatically add journal articles or websites to your bookmark list, which can then be used to populate your course lists.

To add resources provided by the library, search for the article, book, or streaming video in the catalog.

Open the page for the item.

Information on the article will be automatically added but can also be edited.

Click "Create"

You can also save a website.

After you click on the bookmark extension, it will manually add information on the site.

We have been adding these to our bookmarks, but you can also add it directly to a list by clicking on the "create and add to list" button.

It will ask you where it should be inserted.

Click "OK"

You can also add videos like this one from YouTube.

Simply click on the bookmark extension and then hit "create."
