Navigate to [https://app.check-now.co.uk/admin/templates](https://app.check-now.co.uk/admin/templates)

Template Setup

Click "Create Template"

Click "Basic Info"

Enter the template name

Question Configuration

Click "Questions0"

Enter the first question

Click "Add Question"

Type "le clean?"

Click the "Question" field.

Click "Yes/No/N/A"

Type "Notes"

Click "Text Input"

Enter the notes question

Click the "Question" field.

Click "Add Question"

Type "Photo"

Enter the photo question

Select Image (Photo Only) as the answer type

Click "Add Question"
