Add Note to Order(s)

This guide shows an efficient and quick way to add the same note to one or multiple orders, as well as how to add a note in the order header. The add to multiple orders is an opportunity to save time and remove the need to access each order one at a time - when the same note/text is being added.

Add Note Quickly to One or Multiple Orders

Click "Main Menu"

Click "Order Management"

Click "Quotes and Orders"

Click "K Add Note Multiple Orders"

Click in Box, paste order list or manually enter order number {requires leading zeros}. Each order number must be on its own line.

Click "Text" field box. Add notes, select note type if needed. This note will be added to EVERY order in the list.

Click Insert Note.

Click "OK"

Note will be added as next sequence on the order.

Add note directly to order header

From the order header page, select the drop down menu.

Click "Notes / Attachments"

Click Plus + sign to add new note (if no existing note exists, move to next step)

Click box.

Uncheck Box.

Note Text field should appear. Select Note Type as needed and enter note.

Note Types: Billing and INVMSG will print content of notes on the invoice when chosen and the "invoice" box is marked.
