Adding Jobs to a Customer Via Different Tabs

In this tutorial you will see how to add a job to a customer from the customer list, job list, and planner views.

Adding a Job to a Customer

Go to Customers > then select the customer to add a job to.

Click the pink three dots > 'Add New Job'.

Now you will need to go through and add the job details. Mandatory fields are in bold. These include: - **Services** - Job Price - Initial Price (if this is different to the regular job price) - **Schedule** - First Date (if this differs from the set schedule) - Time - Duration - Assignee - Round - Skills - Any Job or Invoice Notes - Custom Fields (if needed) - only available on the ***Ultimate*** plan and up - Or adjust any settings such as requiring a signature

Adding a service.

Setting initial price as different.

Setting the schedule and assigning a first date if different from regular schedule. For the schedule, you can choose from ad hoc or recurring.

Assigning - you may need to remove the default assignee if this has been set up in your global settings and you wish to change this.

Selecting a round.

Adding notes - you can add an important note using the #! combination to alert workers of important information.

If you have the ***Ultimate*** plan, you can also add custom field events, such as job completion forms for workers to fill out.

Finally you can adjust any of the settings to match the job requirements.

Then when you are done, click 'Save'.

You will then see the second job listed under the customer profile.

Adding Jobs From the Job List, Work and Multi Planners

Adding from the ***Job List***: Job List > pink three dots > Add New Job > select customer > follow process above to fill out job form.

Adding from the Work Planner: Work Planner > pink three dots > Add New Job > select customer > follow process above to fill out job form.

Adding from the Multi Planner: Multi Planner > pink three dots > Add New Job > select customer > follow process above to fill out job form.
