Adding and Editing Day Notes

Learn how to add global and user-specific day notes to show on the planner views. And also see how to edit these and add hazards/risks.

Adding Day Notes

Navigate to Work Planner or Multi Planner

Click the bottom right pink three dots and choose the 'Add notes to current day' option.

You can add a title for day notes in the title field, but this is optional.

If you only want the day note to be visible to specific users you can choose these from the "Visible To" dropdown.

Then add your desired note in the notes field. You can also preview this note. And remember to save the note in the top right.

Add Hazards/Risks to a Day

If you want to add hazards, click back into day notes and switch from Day Notes to Hazards/Risks

To add hazards and risks, first input the title of the hazard.

You can set a colour and an icon if needed.\ Then remember to save your changes in the top right.

Editing Day Notes

To edit existing notes, click the three-dot menu button on the right of the notes in the Work or Multi Planner and press the edit button.

Remember to save your changes in the top right once finished.

To hide notes in the planner press the "Hide" button to hide them.
