Customer Deactivate/Delete Reasons

In this tutorial you will see how to create predefined deactivation/delete reasons. These are in place so users are required to provide a reason for deactivating or deleting a customer.

Go to Settings > Jos & Scheduling.

You will then need to toggle on 'Deactivation/Delete Reasons'.

Now click into 'Predefined Delete/Deactivation Reasons.

You will then need to type the predefined reasons - adding each new reason to a new line.

Once you are happy, click 'Save'. You can come back and add to this list at any point.

Then, when you delete a customer via the three dots > Delete Customer, you will see that you are prompted to select from the predefined reasons.
