Managing Your Subscription and More

In this tutorial you will see how to add a card, manage your subscription subscription, view any updates, edit notifications and change the billing date.

Go to Account.

Adding a Card

You can add your card here by clicking 'Add Card' (if you already have a card on file, you can change this by clicking 'Update Card').

You will need to enter the name for the card - this will be the name that appears as the card title.

Then enter the long card number, the expiry date and the CVC number. Enter the expiry date and the CVC number.

Once you have entered all the details, click 'Add' and this will send a notification to your banking app for you to confirm it is you adding the card.

Managing Subscription

Go to the 'Your Plan' section and click the top right three dots.

Then select 'Manage Subscription'.

Here you will be able to change your subscription plan, change between monthly or yearly payments, change the number of users and add a payment method if there isn't one attached. You can also see your billing summary here.

Viewing Updates

Click the top right three dots on the 'Your Plan' section of the Account tab again.

Then click 'View Updates'.

You can then search for a specific account update or scroll through the list provided.

Edit Notifications

You can also edit the notifications you receive regarding your plan by clicking into the top right three dots > 'Edit Notifications'.

You can then view notifications for: - Payment - Upcoming Changes - Cancelled - Renewal - Overdue Payment - Payment Attempts And adjust the push notifications to be sent by Email and/or SMS.

Please note that some of these notifications are mandatory and cannot be disabled. SMS notifications will cost one SMS credit to send.

Change Billing Date

Click the three dots in the top right hand corner of the 'Your Plan' box and select 'Change Billing Date'.

You can then select the calendar icon to pick the new billing date and click 'Confirm and Pay £X'.

Please note you will be charged immediately upon confirming this change.
