Manually Adding Attachments to Emails

In this tutorial you will see how to add a pre existing attachment on Squeegee to an email.

Go to Attachments.

Then click into the required attachment.

Next you will need to enable Public Access by toggling on the switch - then copy the link.

Then go to the inbox and click 'New Message'. If you have automatic invoice creation and automatic invoice notifications enabled, you may want to turn the latter off for this customer so that you can include this in the invoice notification emails, or you can send it separately.

Go to compose the email and then click the image icon to input the attachment.

Paste the link in the 'Source' field (you can also enter an alternative description if needed).

You can adjust the width and height if required. Then click 'Save'.

The image will then be inputted and you can enter more text if you want and then send as normal.
