Messaging: Viewing Inbox and Messaging Customers Directly

Sending a Message to an Individual Customer

To view an individual customer's messages, you can click into the customer and then into their 'MESSAGING' tab, to view all messaging history with this customer.

At the bottom left, you'll see a blue pencil icon - you can click this to compose a message to the customer.

This will open up the message creation form. You can action the 'Notify using' to choose which of the customer's notification methods to use when sending this notification. If available, you can choose to send via: - SMS - Email - SMS + Email

Click into the message template to compost your message.

At the bottom right, you will see the option to **schedule** this message in advance. If you do this, the message will go to your 'Scheduled' inbox until its time for it to be sent.

If you want to send the message now, simply click 'Preview' and then 'Send'.

Viewing the Inbox

Along the sidebar, you will see the 'Inbox' tab. You can click in here to view all messages.

You can also send a message directly to a customer from this view by selecting 'NEW MESSAGE' and then choosing the customer you want to message in order to compose this.

You will also see the below inboxes to view: - Unread - Received - Sent - Outbox - Scheduled You can also see your remaining credit balance here.
