Navigating the Job List

By the end of the module, you'll be able to sort and filter jobs from the job list and perform actions in bulk to selected jobs such as moving them to a particular round to optimise planning and efficiency.

The Job List will show a list of all **active** jobs in your account, including unscheduled jobs.

Towards the top, you will view the total volume of jobs, total duration and total distance.

With the top right three dots, you will be able to: - Manage Day Notes - Planner View Options (will allow you to see the Job List in 'Privacy Mode' or 'Show Only Not Done Jobs') - Shift Entire Schedule - Reset Entire Schedule

You will also see the option to set filters in the top left. You can order by: - Sort By (planned order, due date, distance from me, start time, price, service description) - Direction (ascending/descending You can sort by: - Round - Service - Status - Assigned to Once filtered, be sure to click 'Apply'.

You will also see the option to bulk tag the customers within the Job List - you can filter this beforehand if required.

Finally, you will be able to search as normal using the search icon.

You can click into any of the jobs to open up the job card and view the details for that particular appointment.

On the Job List, you will also have the option to multi-select any desired jobs in order to perform bulk actions. To do this, you can click on the coloured numbered dots next to the jobs. You will be able to see the total volume and value of the selected jobs. At the top right, you will have the option to perform the below bulk actions: - Tag - Assign - Move to Round - Message - Replan - Reset Schedules

With the bottom three dots option, you will see the option to: - Add New Job - Create A Quote - Create Appointment
