Navigating the Visual Planner (V2)

Learn how to efficiently navigate the Visual Planner tool to search for jobs, filter by specific criteria, and toggle between map and list views. This guide helps you streamline your workflow by mastering the interface controls and scheduling displays.

Visual Planner View and Filters

Head to the Visual Planner. Here, you will see a map overview of all jobs on your account. If you have your jobs sorted into rounds, you may see that these are all colour-coordinating according to the colour set on the round.

If you zoom in and click on any of the job dots, this will open the next occurrence for this job on the right hand side.

You can use the search field at the top to search for filter down the jobs shown.

Along the top, you'll see the amount of customers matching this search - you will see these in colour on the map. Any non-matching jobs will be in greyscale. You can perform bulk actions to these jobs by using the action bar at the top to: - Bulk Assign to User - Bulk Move to Round - Bulk Update Services - Send a Bulk Message If you click any of the first options, you'll be able to choose which user/round/service to move the jobs to. If you send a bulk message, you'll be asked to compose the message.

Click the X on the action bar to exist the job selection.

If you want to see just today's jobs, rather than **all** jobs, you can either choose the day in the 'From' date field, or click the 'DAY' option.

If you want to see jobs within a specific date range, click the 'RANGE' option. To adjust the date range, simply click either in the 'From' or 'To' fields to see the jobs within your desired date range.

If you click 'VIEW LIST' at any point, you will be shown a full list version of all selected/filtered jobs. You can click into any of these entries to see the full occurrence. Exit to head back to the map.

In this example, I am looking for jobs within a specific round. Once the audience/filters are selected, click 'DONE'.

Again, any jobs matching the search query will show in full colour. Any non-matching jobs will show in grey. If you only want matching jobs to show, you can click the eyeball icon to hide these.

You can use the zoom in and out options to see the map view and jobs closer.

If you want to see your location, click this button. If you have location services enabled for Squeegee, this should show your last known location.

If you want to adjust your map view, click on the map icon and choose your desired view.

Grouping Jobs to Perform Bulk Actions

The Visual Planner is great to use for grouping jobs in order to organise them further. The best way to do this is via the polygon icon.

Click on the map to create your first point.

Then, to group the desired jobs, create more points around them to collate them.

Click back on the first point to complete your shape and select the jobs within it.

Once the shape is complete, you'll see the action bar along the top again to allow you to perform the below bulk options: - Bulk Assign to User - Bulk Move to Round - Bulk Update Services - Send a Bulk Message

You can edit the shape by clicking on any of the existing points and dragging it to the new position.

You can create multiple polygons with the same icon at the same time.

If you click into one of the polygons, you can use the first bin icon to 'Clear Selected Drawn Filter' which will remove that particular selection.

Alternatively, you can click the bottom icon to 'Clear All Drawn Filters' which will clear all selections.
