Round Planner

Learn how to use the new Round Planner, which will allow you to view all jobs within a round, adjust the order by dragging and dropping, and move the selected jobs to a different round.

Click into the Round Planner tab from the sidebar. This will show you a list of all rounds in your account, along with the jobs within them. Simply click into your desired round to see its jobs.

Along the top, you will see the job, service, next due date and job price.

You can click into any of the jobs to open up the job details. You can then use the bottom right pink three dots to 'Edit Job' to adjust any details necessary.

If you hover over any of the jobs, you should see this button, which will allow you to drag and drop the jobs in order to reorder them. Simply click and hold, and drag them to the desired position.

You can also use the selection boxes to select multiple jobs, and then use the reorder icon to drag and drop multiple jobs to their required position.

Click 'Clear' to deselect all selected jobs.

If you want to move a job to another round, you can either click the 'MOVE' option on the line item, and this will produce a list of all rounds in the account. You can select the round you want to move it to from this list.

You will then be asked to choose a placement for the moved job/s. You can choose from: - Top - Bottom - Before a job - After a job If you choose to place this before or after a job in the target round, you'll need to choose the job you want it to be positioned before/after and click 'APPLY' to confirm the move.

You can also select multiple jobs to move to another round, using the selection boxes, and move these in the same way via 'MOVE'.
