You can send appointment reminders in bulk to your customers either via the Multi Planner or the Work Planner - the process is the same in both.

To do this, simply click onto the day in the planner that you want to send reminders for.

Then, using the pink three dots, you can 'Email/SMS/Email + SMS Reminders'. You may have up to three options here, depending on your customers' default notification methods. If all of your customers that day all have their notification methods set to SMS, for example, you will only see the 'SMS Reminders' option. All available options will need to be actioned in order to ensure all customers receive their reminders. You will see a (0 of X) note here to indicate how many customers in the list have been sent reminders so far.

Once you click this option, you will see a list of all customers that day. These will already be pre-selected, but you can untick any that you don't want to be sent. Then, click 'NEXT'.

Once you have selected/deselected your customers, you will see a preview of how the message will look when sent. If you want to send these right away, simply click 'SEND'.

If you are on the **Ultimate** subscription, you will also see the option to 'SCHEDULE' this option in advance. If you choose to schedule your reminders, you'll need to choose when you want the message to be sent, and confirm this with 'OK'. Once scheduled, this will go into your 'Scheduled' messaging inbox until it is sent at the chosen time. You can then click 'OK' on the confirmation prompt.

You can then click back into the pink three dots to send any remaining appointment reminders with the other notification methods.
