Sending a Welcome Message
In this tutorial you will see how to customise the welcome message and how it is triggered.

Go to Settings > Notifications & Messages.

Here you will find the 'New Customer Welcome Email/SMS Templates' where you can customise your welcome message - remember to click 'Save' once you have finished editing.

If wanted, you can also disable the 'Send Welcome Message Prompt' when creating a new customer.

When adding a new customer, if you have not disabled the welcome message prompt, you will receive a prompt to send the welcome message. You can click 'Yes' to send the message prompt upon customer creation.

You can then schedule the message or preview and send straight away.

If you don't send the welcome message as soon as the customer has been created, you can click the pink three dots > 'Send Welcome Message'. You can then preview the message before sending.
