This guide provides a straightforward process for shifting your entire schedule on the Sqgee platform, ensuring you can easily manage your time and tasks. Shift Schedule Forwards

When performing big changes in the app, we would always recommend taking a backup beforehand. Therefore, before shifting your entire schedule, you should head to Settings > Data > Manage Backups > Run a Manual Backup and wait for this process to complete.

Once the backup has finished, head to the Work Planner and use the top right three dots to 'Shift Entire Schedule'.

In the Shift Entire Schedule form, you can choose to shift the *entire* schedule, or just the work assigned to a specific user. Please note that if you have scheduled rounds on your account, you will not be able to shift a specific worker's schedule - you will only be able to shift the entire schedule.

Please note that jobs with locked replanning will not be included in Shift Schedules.

You can then choose whether to shift your schedule backwards or forwards. Shifting your schedule *forwards* would move the jobs to a later date in the future, whereas backwards will move them to a previous date. For general leave/holidays, Squeegee users are usually looking to shift their schedule *forwards.*

You will then be able to select a date to move the jobs from. This will move jobs occurring *on or after* the selected date. We would recommend actioning this as close to your holiday as possible, so this shouldn't be a date that is too far in the future.

You will then need to select whether you are shifting by a number of weeks or a number of work days

You can type the shift interval in the 'how many weeks/days?' field.

If shifting by work days rather than weeks, you will need to select which days of the week are 'work days' for you specifically (or which days you generally have work scheduled on. Only the selected days will be included in the shift. If you do not have Saturday selected as a work day, but have work scheduled on Saturdays, these jobs will not be moved in the shift. When choosing 'how many work days?', this will only include the selected work days.

If you just want to shift all jobs by days, you can leave this next part on 'DAYS'. However, if you only want to shift jobs belonging to a specific service, you can click 'SERVICES' to shift by services.

If shifting by services, you will need to select the 'Select services' field to choose your desired services from the list before clicking 'DONE'.

You can finally decide whether you want any overdue appointments to be kept or deleted.

To finalise the shift, click 'Shift Entire Schedule' and click "Confirm" on the shift schedule prompt. If you are unsure on any of the above, please contact support (support@squeeg.ee) for further advise before completing the shift schedule.

Shift Schedule Backwards

If shifting your schedule **backwards**, this would cause future dates to move to previous dates. Again, you will see the option to do this per user in the 'Job assigned to' field, though this will only be compatible if you do not have scheduled rounds set up. Please note that this will be actioned from **today**, so you should wait until you get to the gap before actioning this. Make sure to opt into the 'Backwards' option.

You will see again the option to shift backwards by **work days** or **weeks**.

If shifting by work days, ensure to select all relevant days of the week. If you do not schedule work on certain day, it should be deselected in this.

You will also see the option to shift by days or services, as in the shift forward example.

Finally, click 'Shift Entire Schedule' in the bottom right to confirm your selections.

If your shift schedules will move jobs into the *past*, you may see this prompt - you can click 'Continue' if you're happy with this.

Finally, click 'Confirm' on the confirmation prompt.
