Click "*View files*" under the "**Files**" dropdown menu.

Locate the CSV file you want to convert, and select "*Convert to table*" under its additional options menu.

Provide a name for your database table, then click "*Next*".

Provide a title and descriptive overview of the data here.

If you already have a table definition file (TDF) in your workspace, you can select that here to automatically populate the rest of the metadata for your table. (TDFs will have the file extension .xml) If you have received a TDF along with your data from FAIR, it will be selected automatically by the wizard.

We don't have a TDF here, so we will continue by clicking "*Next*".

On this screen you can begin filling in metadata for the various columns. The DRE will attempt to select the correct "*Type*" of data, but this can be adjusted here. Add labels, descriptions, whether or not any columns are to be excluded, and select a "*Primary key*" column if relevant (patient ID numbers are most often used for this). Then select "*Next*" when finished.

The "**Confirm**" screen will give you a preview of the final data table. Ensure it is correct before selecting "*Next*".

You will then see a "**Database table creation completed**" prompt. Depending on the size of your table, this may take seconds to minutes before appearing in the "**Database**" section of your workspace.
