Admin Portal - Making an Advanced Booking from Bookings

Advanced Bookings in the Admin portal allows you to choose a specific estimator and have additional time windows (morning or afternoon) rather than just the 8AM to 2PM. NB: in the future additional time options will be enabled in Advanced Bookings.

Ethosbuilding

Navigate to <https://admin.ethosbuilding.com.au/>

Click "Bookings"

Click The Advanced Booking button next to a Booking.\ NB: you can also search for a job by Job Number from Advanced Bookings.

Note the Duration of Work and Travel is shown. This is based on the job address and the Appointment Type.

Try "Book" under the "Any Estimator" Column

Note "Any Estimator" is listed (not a specific Estimator)

Try clicking Book for a Specific Estimator.

Note the Estimator's Name is show in the Booking Window

You can add Booking Notes to the "Notes" field.

And you have additional Time Window options.

Once you click Book; a Booking, an OptimoRoute Order will be created and an Appointment in Prime.
