Creating a Delivery Order in Navis N4

Application Access

Click "Log In"

Delivery Order Creation

Open the Cargo menu

Click "Delivery Orders"

Click "+" to create a new Delivery Order.

Add any desired information and Click Save. \ \*\***Take Note of the Delivery Order Number that is then Generated**\*\*

Click the "+" button.

Select the desired Bill of Lading from the drop-down. You are able to start typing in the Bill information and the list will be filtered. \*\*\*Ensure that the Line SCAC code is removed from the bill (ex. KLLU)\*\*\*

Open the BL item number list

Select the desired Bl Item.

Open the cargo lot number list.

Select the desired cargo lot.

Enter the desired item quantity for delivery.

Save the delivery order item

Close the Add Delivery Order window

Order Editing

Right click and select click Edit for the selected delivery order

Right click

Edit / Delete the selected delivery order item

Edit the desired quantity.

Save the updated delivery order item

Close the Edit Delivery Order window
