How to Set Rates for your drivers

This guide will show you how to set rates for your sub-haulers/Drivers\ To get started, access the Tread Materials Logistics platform on the web at <https://app.tread-horizon.com/>

Before you receive an order from your customer, setup a Vendor or Driver rate for the amount you will pay your **Driver/Vendor**

To setup a Rate, go to **Settings** > **Rates** & click on **Create Rate Card**

From the list of Vendors, select the **Vendor** or **Driver** you will send jobs to, and create a Rate Card for them\ This rate is how much you will pay for Ton, Load, etc. You can set a Rate Card for each type and for each driver or vendor as needed

This rate only has to be set once, and you can add multiple rates if needed\ This example is a rate per Ton

Once you setup the rate, you send the job to the **Driver**

Driver opens the job to view details, including **Rate**

Taps on job card to view job details

In job details, Driver can see the Rate you will pay the Driver, **which shows as Customer Rate**

Driver clicks "Accept" to **Accept the job**
