Trustii Integration with Sportlomo - Public User

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for submitting a Trustii backcheck through the Credentials section of Sportlomo, to ensure your membership status remains active and compliant.

Credential Submission

Navigate to the Sportlomo Home Page. Click "Credentials" on the Member Card

Click "Upload Credential"

In the Type field, select Background Check In the Credential Name field, select Trustii Background Check

Once Trustii background check is selected, an alert will appear notifying members of the Trustii integration. Click "Save" to begin the process.

Review verification submission instructions, and read the next steps.

The user will automatically receive an email from[noreply@trustii.co](mailto:noreply@trustii.co) Click "Begin my Verification\*" \*This email will be sent to the same Public User email used to sign into the Sportlomo account

The user will then be redirected to Trustii.co to complete the verification process. Click "Begin verification" to proceed from there.

Status Tracking

To verify the status of your Trustii check - Click on the Credential button on the member card (See Step 1) - The existing credentials for that user will be listed - Click the view icon to see more details

Based on the Trustii result, the user will either see Passed, Needs review or Failed. Note: Sportlomo does not have access to result details. Members should reach out directly to their PTA if they have questions about their Trustii check.

Note: If the user tries to upload a Trustii backcheck again, they will receive the following error message
