Dialpad Account Setup

This guide is essential for anyone setting up their Dialpad account to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process. Dialpad

You will receive an email with a subject line of "You've been invited..." from Dialpad. If you don't see it in your inbox or deleted folder, please use the search box and search for Dialpad. Follow the instructions in the email to get started setting up your password, etc. ***Steps 4, & 7-8 are REQUIRED*** *during setup - if they are not done, you will receive daily email notifications to remind you to set them up correctly, until it is done.*

Click "Your Settings" - the person icon in the left menu

Once in your personal settings, click "Edit Personal Information"

In the "First Name" box, you must add WW in front of your first name, as shown below. *Do not put your first name in the last name box.* **This step is REQUIRED!** Also, proper capitalization is a must - do not use ALL CAPS or all lower case. **This step is REQUIRED!**

Set your pronouns and Job Title, then click "Save Changes"

Set your caller ID here - choose the 'WWMC' department you are part of. (ie - **WWMC** Pediatrics, not WW Peds Reception) *\*If your department does NOT show up in the drop-down, please get with your supervisor to make sure you get added to the correct Dialpad groups*

Click "Call Handling & Voicemail"
