ATP Membership Tier Change & Renewal Process

This guide shows ATPs how to renew or change their membership tier through the ATP Hub, including eligibility checks, timing rules (upgrade before renewing), and benefit details. It explains required agreement consents, payment options (online or wire transfer), generating a proforma invoice, and how/when new benefits activate. It also covers handling declined payments and where to get support.

Log into [atp.pmi.org](https://atp.pmi.org)

Select **Renew or Upgrade Now** from the ATP Hub home page. You can also access this button from the **Account** view.

A screen will appear that indicates your current tier, and how many days are left until renewal is due. - If you are an Access or Foundational tier ATP, the kit usage will also display. - Professional and Premier ATPs do not have a limit to kits. ATPs may be eligible to select a lower or higher membership tier during the renewal process. Available options will be displayed in ATP Hub based on account eligibility.

Important Notice: Your benefits won't renew until your plan does. You'll get a confirmation email when your renewal is complete.

If you **plan to upgrade**, make sure to do so *before* renewing your membership. Renewing your current membership tier ***first*** will prevent you from upgrading until your renewed membership starts.

After reviewing the terms and conditions of the ATP Agreement and Reseller Agreement, please select **I Agree**. Participation in the Reseller Program is optional. Eligible Professional and Premier ATPs who choose not to participate at this time may have the option to enroll later through the **Account** section of the ATP Hub. Once you have made your selection, the available payment options will be displayed.

Generate Proforma Invoice

If a Quote/Proforma Invoice is needed, choose **Generate Proforma Invoice** \ **This proforma invoice is for reference only. It is not a final invoice or proof of payment. All prices are subject to change without notice. All amounts displayed are in United States Dollars (USD).** To complete your purchase, please log in to the ATP Hub and select Make Payment or Generate Wire Transfer Order to finish your renewal or upgrade.

Pay by Wire Transfer

If **Generate Wire Transfer Order** is chosen, all of the applicable wire transfer information will appear below. Make sure you reference the PMI Order Number listed. This will help in expediting your payment so you can start enjoying the benefits of the ATP Program.

Upgrades become effective after payment is received and processed. Renewals become effective when the new membership term begins. Due to the nature of wire transfers this can delay activation of your new benefits. If wire payment is not received within 35 days of initiation, it will be cancelled.

Pay Online

If you initiated a wire transfer order, but decided to pay online instead, click **Make Online Payment**. The pop up below will show for confirmation.

If you choose **Make Online Payment** , you will be redirected to a secure payment processing screen.

Payment Declined
