How To Manage Your Profile Information

Learn how to navigate and update your personal information, including profile photo and contact details. This guide ensures your account information is accurate and up-to-date for school communications.

Navigate to [https://hive.andover.edu](https://andover.myschoolapp.com/app/parent?svcid=edu#resourceboard)

Click your name on the top right corner.

Click "Profile"

Update Phone Number

To update phone numbers. Click the pencil icon.\ Make updates. Click "Save"

Update Email Address

To update your email address. Click "Edit" Please note this does change your log in credentials. This updates the email address the Academy will use to communicate with you.

Update Address

To update address. Click the pencil icon.\ Make updates. Click "Save"

Add Profile Photo

To add a photo. Click "Edit photo" Click image button to change the photo. Click "Save"

Update Name

To update your name. Click "Edit" under General Information to open the dropdown.\ Click "General information"\ Update fields. Click "Save"

Add Name Pronunciation

To add your name pronunciation. Click "Edit" under General information to open the dropdown.\ Click "Name pronunciation"\ Record your name. Click "Save"

Add Languages Spoken

To add primary language spoken. Click "Edit" under Citizenship/Resident.\ To add first/primary language. Click dropdown to select language.\ Click "Save"\ To add language spoken at home. Scroll and select.\ Click "Save"
