Click "Apply"

Click "Apply Now"

If new account, enter email, first name, last name, address & phone number.

Click this button. If you do not see it, you may need to allow pop-ups.

If there is an existing account, click "Existing Account" and enter email and password. Click "Login".

Click "Next →"

Click "Done"

Click 'Next".

Insert full address (including space number) of unit that is being applied for.

Click "+ Add Additional Applicant" if there are any other adults over 18 that need to be added to the lease. If they plan to reside there and are over 18, they must submit an application.

Enter additional applicant's full names & emails.

Click "Submit"

Fill out all applicable fields for Personal Information.

IMPORTANT: There can only be one member. If more than one adult applicant, decide who will be listed as the member of the household. Any other adults over 18 that are applying will be "Name on Lease." Occupants under 18 and animals must be listed on the main application. If two people start separate main applications (such as when two different households are going to apply), there is no need for both to report all occupants under 18 and animals.

To avoid having to click back through months or years, click on the year of the calendar (you may have to click the year twice). This is much faster.

Homeowner applicants with no rental history can enter their own info and submit proof of mortgage payments via upload here or email us photos of how they keep their current home exterior and space.

Fill out **"Employment Information"** and upload proof per the Screening Policy of the park you are applying for.\ \ If retired, answer No and continue to **"Other Income"** and enter retirement benefits (i.e. payments from a retirement account and/or social security) and upload the proof there.

If current position is more than 3 years old, select "Yes". If not, please provide up to 3 years of employment history per the Screening Policy of the park you are applying for.

Be sure to add assets & liabilities (including car, RV & other loans).

Add "Vehicle Information", "Emergency Contact" & any application explanations (like issues with credit, rental history or if we should expect documents via text/email).

Applicants **MUST** add 3 references that **ARE NOT relatives**. If applicant owns their home and has no recent rental history, please try to use at least 2 neighbor references.

Add any animals that will be moving into the home. (Dogs, Cat, Service Animal)

Applicants can upload photos of their pets. This is very helpful for us.

Select "Yes" for more animals or "No" for no more.

Add "Home Purchase" information.

If there is any sort of lien holder and payment plan, whether through a bank or owner carry, applicants must select "No" and add how much per month they will be paying on that loan. Check boxes only if using an escrow company and/or buyer agent (i.e. realtor). We highly recommend at least using an escrow company so the title transfer goes through properly as that is a requirement for membership in the cooperative.

Having the pending closing date is incredibly helpful for us to be sure we get the lease paperwork out in time.

You will be alerted to what areas need to be addressed before submission.

Once any errors are corrected, click "Submit"

Applicant will receive an email to acknowledge the application.
