Click "Safety Audits"

Select the template to work on or select add to create a new one

Enter the template name and select "OK"

Click "Add Category" and enter category name

Select the green check mark

On the new category, click "Select an Action"

Enter sub item

Select the green check mark

Select the "Show" checkbox to enable this for the app users
