Navigate to [https://app.autoconvo.io/](https://app.autoconvo.io/)

Click "Conversations"

Click on the contact you are trying to respond to or engage back with.

Click "Send SMS" to send an SMS.

Click "Email" to send an email.

Click "Mark as Read" to mark the conversation as read.

Click on their initials in the right corner to pull up the full lead profile.

Manage anything else related to the lead on this page (notes, scheduling, etc.)
