Navigate to [https://app.autoconvo.io/](https://app.autoconvo.io/)

Click the green call button in the top right corner to pull up the dial pad.

Dial or type the number you wish to call.

Click the green call button to initiate the call.

To call a lead from their profile page, search for their profile using the search bar.

Click the lead you wish to call.

Click the green call button in the top center of your screen. You may see your name next to that button or you may see "Assign to" as shown in this screenshot.

Click the dropdown to access more call options once you've initiated the call.

All additional options can be seen here. Mute will mute yourself. Dial can be used to dial additional numbers while on the call. Hold will place the receiver on hold with light background music. Blind transfer will allow you to connect this call receiver with another call receiver. It is called blind because it just connects them and leaves you out of the call. Warm transfer is used to connect the call receiver with another person by first placing the initial receiver on hold, dialing the new receiver, allowing you to speak with the new receiver without the initial receiver, and then merging the calls when ready.

Click the red hang up button to hang up.
