File Upload Tips

Tip #1 Save Draft

You can save a Draft of your Application starting at the contact step #2 and before the Attachments step to uploading files. - Click on the **Save Draft** button to save progress.\ **Method 1-Profile:** Click "Home"\ Click the drop-down next to Your Name on upper right-hand corner of the screen\ Click "Saved Work"\ **Method 2-Dashboard**: Click "Dashboard"\ Click the "Draft" Tile."\ **Method 3- Apply Button:** Click "Apply"\ Click "Drafts"\ Click here.

Tip #2 Close Everything

**Close all other internet tabs and all applications** opened on the PC. Only keep EnerGov open. This will speed up the upload process and reduce occurrences of upload errors.

Tip #3 Supported File Types

Ensure the file you are attempting to upload is a **supported file type.**

Make sure you **do not upload locked PDF** files as this will create a delay in processing.
