**Back in Stock** feature helps you recover lost sales by notifying customers when an out-of-stock product becomes available again. ### What you can do with Back in Stock 1. Show a popup when a visitor views an **out-of-stock product or variant**. 2. Collect phone numbers of interested customers who want to be notified. 3. Automatically send a **Back in Stock WhatsApp message** when the product is available again.

Back in Stock is a paid add-on. The monthly fee depends on your plan: - **Startup:** $10 / month - **Scale:** $20 / month - **Growth:** $30 / month **Important notes:** - You’ll only be charged if the Back in Stock feature is **active at the end of your billing cycle**. - The add-on fee is charged **per WhatsApp API number / per Shopify store** where it’s enabled.

Enable Back in Stock popup

Call out card - Show a callout to website visitors when they are browsing an out of stock product or variant. Clicking this callout card will open the pop-up to collect their phone number.

Select **Notification icon** to use DelightChat’s default bell icon.

If you want to use your own brand icon: 1. Upload your icon image in your **Shopify Admin → Content → Files** section. 2. Copy the **file URL** after uploading. 3. Paste the URL into the **Custom icon** field in DelightChat.

The **Popup Content** section allows you to customize the text shown to customers when they sign up for Back in Stock notifications. You can customize this to match your brand tone or make it more urgency-driven.

Popup Subtitle Text - This text appears **below the title** and explains what the customer can expect after signing up.

### Popup CTA Text - This is the **button text** customers click to submit their phone number. Keep this short and action-oriented for better conversions.

The **Thank You Page** is shown after a visitor successfully submits their phone number in the Back in Stock popup. Toggle **ON** to show a Thank You page after the customer submits their phone number.

### Thank You Page Title Text - This is the main heading displayed on the Thank You page. You can customize this to match your brand tone.

### Thank You Page Subtitle Text - This text appears below the title and reassures the customer about what happens next.

### Coupon Code Text - You can optionally display a **coupon code** on the Thank You page. Make sure the coupon code exists and is active in your Shopify store.

Default Country Code - This sets the default country code for the phone number input field in the popup. - If a visitor’s country cannot be automatically detected, this country code will be used by default. - Example: **IN +91** Choose the country code that matches your primary customer base to reduce input errors and improve sign-ups.

Click on "Save"
