Create a New Order Automation in DelightChat

Click on "Automations"

Click on "Create New Automation"

Click on Shopify Triggers - Create

Enter the automation name

**Choose Event Trigger**, select the event that should trigger the automation. Example triggers may include: - **New Order** - **Order Fulfilled**

### Add Entry Conditions (Optional) You can refine when the automation should run by adding **Entry Conditions**. These conditions ensure that messages are sent **only to customers who match specific criteria**. Example conditions: - Order value greater than a certain amount - Specific product purchased - Customer tag applied

**Exit conditions** allow you to prevent messages from being sent to users who match certain criteria. These conditions are checked just before the message is sent. For example, you can stop the message if: - The order has a specific tag - The customer meets certain conditions - The order status has changed

#### Message Sending Delay - Choose how long after the trigger event the message should be sent.

#### Select Message Template - choose the **WhatsApp message template** that should be sent when the automation runs.

#### Include Discount (Optional) - If required, enable the **Include discount** option. When enabled, the **coupon code will automatically be added to the website URL** shared in the message.

### Enable Automation - toggle the switch to **Enabled** so the automation becomes active.

Click on "Save"
