Login to DelightChat - click on AI

Click on "AI Knowledge Base"

Click on "Create FAQ"

Question - This area lets you add Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that the AI uses to generate auto-draft replies for incoming customer messages.

**Answer:** Write your preferred reply.

Click on "Save FAQ"

Click *Duplicate FAQ* if you want to create a similar one and modify it. Once done, click *Save FAQ*.

Click on **“Delete FAQ”** button to **permanently remove** a question-and-answer entry from your **AI Knowledge Base.**
