How to Edit Business Hours and Time Zone

Navigate to [https://app.delightchat.io/inboxes](https://app.delightchat.io/inboxes/teams/20472/5029/unassigned)

Tap the settings icon

Under **Organization**, click on **Business Hours**.

Select the brand for which you would like to set the business hours.

Set up your business hours for all working days

Make sure to select the correct time zone.

For Holiday Mode: Only enable this when it’s for a public holiday or when no one in your team is working.\ If it’s enabled on a normal working day, the system will treat it as a holiday—even if it’s not. Make sure to enable this only when absolutely necessary.

Once done, click **Save**. Now your business hours have been set up.
