Navigate to [https://app.delightchat.io/inboxes](https://app.delightchat.io/inboxes/teams/20472/5029/unassigned)

Tap the settings icon.

Under **My Account**, click **Notifications**.

Select the channels on which you would like to receive notifications.

Click "Save"

To enable push notifications and activate the notification bell, click on the bell icon.

Enable the speaker icon and click on 'Push Notifications'

Click Enable push notification

Click on the site settings and enable notifications for this site. Once enabled, you will start receiving notifications through the channels you've selected.
