From the left-hand navigation bar, go to "Marketing"

Click "Automations"

Click "Order Fulfilment"

First, let’s set the message delay. This decides how soon the message should be sent after an order is fulfilled.

Next, select the Message Template you want to use.

For now, we’ll use one of the default pre-approved templates available in your DelightChat account.

Next, let’s map the right values for the variables in your template.

For this template, we’ll use "Customer First Name" for the first variable

"Brand Name" for the second

and "Order Tracking Number" for the third variable

Make sure "Order Tracking URL" is selected under 'Resolve Dynamic URL'

To send the message even when no tracking information is available for the order, select the ‘Send order fulfillment message without tracking info’ option.

Enable the automation

Click "Save"

Later, when you want to track how many messages were sent, you can click on the Order Fulfilment automation
