Look to see if the judges have completed the rubrics for every entry being judged. The #/# represents the number of questions completed by the judge, NOT A SCORE. So if 11/11 is done, then the judge has completed all questions. If you see "Incomplete #/#", there is a bonus item that the judge did not award.
