How to Create a Letter of Intent

Navigate to <https://app.myoneflow.com/CAPITALREGIONBOCES/OneFlow/rSiteHome.aspx> Enter your User Name and Password and click **'Login.'**

The Home Schooling main page will be displayed. Click **'Edit'** next to the student name.

The **'Plan'** tab will default. Click **'Complete Form.'**

The **'Letter of Intent to Homeschool'** page will be displayed.

If at any point you need to save the letter and complete it at a later time, you can click **'Save and Close.'**

Use the calendar drop-down to select the **first planned day of homeschooling.**

Enter the students **grade level.**

Be sure to open and read the attached regulations. Once you've read them, click **'Next.'**

Click the checkbox to confirm you have read and agree to the NYSED CR Part 100.10 Home Instruction Regulations, then click **'Next.'**

At this time, the functionality to add an additional parent/guardian is not available. Select **'No'** and click **'Next.'**

Click **'Next.'**

You must now sign the Letter of Intent. Click **'Sign.'**

The Letter of Intent will be prepopulated with the Parent/Guardian and student information, as well as the current date. Click **'Sign.'**

Enter your signature, check the box and click **'Done'** to save your signature.

A confirmation message will be displayed. Click **'Close.'**

You have the option to print the page.

A copy of the signed Letter of Intent will be displayed. Click the **'X'** to close the letter.

The Letter of Intent has been created. You can click **'Logout'** at the right top-hand corner of the screen or you can continue in this session and complete the Individual Home Instruction Plan (IHIP) form. An email confirming receipt of the Letter of Intent will be sent to the email address that was provided upon account registration.
