How to Create an Individual Home Instruction Plan (IHIP)

Navigate to <https://app.myoneflow.com/CAPITALREGIONBOCES/OneFlow/rSiteHome.aspx> Enter your User Name and Password and click **'Login.'**

The Home Schooling main page will be displayed. Click **'Edit'** next to the student name you need to submit the IHIP for.

The **'Plan'** tab will default. Click **'Complete Form.'**

The **'Individual Home Instruction Plan'** page will be displayed.

If at any point you need to save the letter and complete it at a later time, you can click **'Save and Close.'**

You have the option to upload the IHIP form or complete it online. To complete the form online, select the appropriate radio button and click **'Next'** and proceed to the next step. If you are uploading the form, select the appropriate radio button, click **'Next'** and skip to step 9.

The students name and grade level will be auto populated. In addition, suggested due dates for each quarter are auto populated based on the first day of home school entered when the Letter of Intent was created. Use the calendar icon to change any dates as needed.

Using the instructions highlighted in blue, enter the instructional plan for each subject area.

Once all instructional plans have been entered, click **'Next'** and proceed to step 14.

The system will auto-populate suggested dates for Quarterly Reporting. Make any changes necessary and click **'Next.'**

Click **'Next.'**

Click the **'Choose Files'** button to select the file saved on your computer.

Once you've selected the appropriate file, click **'Upload.'**

A message confirming the successful upload will be displayed. Click **'Next'** to continue.

Click **'Next.'**

Click **'Submit Form'** to complete the process and notify the BOCES Staff.

A **'Submit Successful!'** message will be displayed confirming the information has been updated.

Click **'Close'** to return to the student listing.

If you have additional students to submit an IHIP form for, click **'Edit'** next to the respective student and repeat steps 2 - 17.

Email confirmation of the IHIP form submission will be sent to the email address that was provided upon account registration. Please note if additional information is needed, it will be included in the email notification.
