In the student summary page Click the "Interventions" tab at the top.

Click "Academic Plan"

Choose the date the intervention is created.

Click this dropdown to choose names of staff who will be implementing intervention plan.

Add what the student's strengths are.

Add what academic concerns are that will be addressed by the goal.

Add what strategies and/or accommodations have been tried.

Click this dropdown to identify which subject area is being identified.

Click this drop down to identify if the intervention plan is Tier 2 or Tier 3.

Click this date field to indicate the start of the intervention.

Click this dropdown to indicate the grouping for the intervention.

Click this dropdown to indicate the duration of the intervention.

Click SAVE Goal to save the intervention plan.
