Click on the "Red risk button" for the client whom you want to review

Understand the "Usage and Behaviour Insights"

See the explainability for the risks flagged
5
Choose from pre-defined motivational messages to send to the client - edit the messaging if required
6
Add notes about the review to save the review
7
If you had a phone conversation with the client - please log the time you spent here
8
Click "Mark as reviewed" to compelte the clinical review for the client
