Activate/Deactivate Team Members

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to activate or deactivate team members in Jobs Unleashed. It is useful for administrators or managers who need to manage access for new or terminated team members.

Jobsunleashed

New team members automatically have a Jobs Unleashed account created the day after they are entered into Workday. Follow the steps below to activate them and then direct them to change their password using their Thrive email.

Terminated team members loose access to Jobs Unleashed the day after they are terminated in Workday.

Click "Staff"

Use the filter bar to search for a specific team member.

Change the Status filter from Active to All Statuses if you have trouble finding a team member.

Click "APPLY FILTER"

Toggle the ACTIVE button to the desired status. This is an example of someone in the Active status.

Below is an example of someone in an inactive status.

Before deactivating current team members, you must let the team member know they are being deactivated.
