How to Submit an Operational Stormwater Permit Fee ePayment

This video will provide step by step instructions to submit your Vermont ANR Online Stormwater Operating Fee payments by eCheck or Debit/Credit Card.

Navigate to ANR Online by clicking on the link provided in the bill emailed to you or clicking[https://anronline.vermont.gov](https://anronlinetest.vermont.gov/)

Note this tutorial utilizes a test environment so your screen will look slightly different. Click "Find"

Click "Forms"

Type "operational stormwater permit - annual"

This will surface the correct form to the top of the list. Choose "Operational Stormwater Permit - Annual Fee Payment"

Click the Permit Number field.

Type in your Stormwater Permit Number.

Select the correct permit number from the list that populates.

Click "Begin Form Entry." Note you may register an account in ANROnline or continue as a guest.

Confirm the prepopulated permit number and review all information on the page to ensure it is correct. Enter the payment amount.

Enter the payor name as it is written on your check or credit card.

Click "Certify & Submit" at the bottom of the page.

Click "Submit Form"

Click "Print Confirmation" if you would like to print and save a copy of the submission.

Click "Pay Online" to proceed to the payment portal.

You are now routed to the online payment processor. From the Payment Type dropdown select Credit/Debit Card or Electronic Check. To pay via eCheck select the "Electronic Check" option.

Check the box below Payment Type only if the payment is funded by a foreign bank, otherwise leave blank. Click "Next"

Enter all customer billing information including First Name, Last Name, Company and Address.

Click "Next"

Enter the Name on Account. Check the box if this is a business account, otherwise leave blank.

Enter the bank information for all fields starting with the Routing Number. Note the check image identifies where to locate your bank routing and account numbers.

Enter the Account Number.

Re-enter Account Number.

Select either Checking or Savings.

Leave checkbox for "Payment Address is the same as Customer Information" if this is true.

If different, deselect to enter the payment billing address. Please note that if you are paying via eCheck, your billing address and zip code must match the address on the business or personal bank account being used. This may differ from the primary business or personal location address. Using an incorrect address may result in an error after your form is submitted.

Click Next

Review the Payment Information screen to ensure all information at the top of the page and the payment total on the right side of the page is correct. If anything is incorrect, select "Cancel" to exit and start over. Scroll to review the terms and conditions.

Click "Yes, I authorize this transaction."

Click "Submit Payment"

Wait while your payment processes. You will now be redirected back to ANR Online where you will see the Submission Confirmation, showing the amount paid online. Click "Print Confirmation" if you would like to save and print. It is recommended to retain this confirmation for your records.

You may now "View Submission," "Return to Home," or exit the site.
